The International Workshop
I no longer teach this course regularly. I created this workshop in response to demand from institutions outside of the United States. The course has largely the same content as the ten-week course and the same structure as the one-week workshop, but it is slightly altered for scholars who may not speak English as a native language and who may be unfamiliar with the US publishing world. I travel to the interested research institute or university and do intensive work with participants for two three-hour sessions a day for five days. This is supplemented by on-line work done after. Since this workshop requires my intensive involvement with participants reading and commenting over a three-month period, it is priced accordingly. Institutions wanting to save expenses may opt for the five-day workshop without the on-line work before and after.
